Pauline Perreault is the owner of Jump Outta Bed Workplace Strategies. She’s passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership and hitting snooze on her alarm clock (only on weekends of course)!
A former graduate of the ACTI program, she received her formal education at the University of British Columbia majoring in Marketing and International Business (BComm). Pauline lived two years abroad in Germany and loves remaining connected to the people, language and customs of her second homeland.
Prior to launching her company, she worked with two large Alberta employers in in-house consulting roles in both the human resources and market research departments.
Pauline combined her favorite elements from her past jobs, and now through Jump Outta Bed she frequently works with clients in the capacity of Engagement Audits. This is an opportunity for clients to proactively gather the conversations at the water coolers and solicit staff input on areas that affect their engagement. She has spent hundreds of hours interviewing staff about their work motivation, satisfaction and engagement sources.
Pauline has served as a mentor for the Anderson program for the past 2 years and has assisted the new entrepreneurs in focusing on success during their first four months of operations. She offers valuable insight into sales and marketing strategies, peer accountability and tools to manage motivation and results.
Known to be a driver and dedicated to the mentoring process; she’s means serious business and wants entrepreneurs to create a business for which they Jump Outta Bed with excitement everyday!
