People who know Paul Anderson often refer to him as a “true entrepreneur.” As Paul says “in entrepreneurship you’re either earning a lot or learning a lot” and he has been in many ventures where he was learning instead of earning! Paul’s turning point came in 1995 when he decided to question and correct the patterns of belief that were sabotaging his success. Throughout it all, he has never wavered from his passion for helping others to lead empowered lives.
As the founder of Anderson Career Training Institute, Paul has spent the past 15 years helping individuals and organizations to realize their potential through training and coaching. He developed his skills as a trainer while in the US Army and later as a management consultant before becoming self-employed in 1989.
In addition to his training background, Paul has a unique well-rounded blend of experience in small business management. His formal education includes an MBA and a Degree in Civil Engineering both from the University of Kansas.
Over the past fourteen years, Paul has followed his passion by developing the highly successful Self-employment Training Program for the Anderson Career Training Institute. Through this program he has shared his experiences and personally helped more than 1000 individuals to empower themselves to create their own businesses. It’s a testament to Paul’s passion for entrepreneurial ventures that people who attend his sessions in the self-employment program learn and embrace Paul’s belief that “the only thing standing between you and your dreams is your doubt!”
